Cairngorms from Nethy
Opening the curtains to the new day as I was growing up, was to the view of the Cairngorm mountains. They have imprinted their shapes deep in my brain. As you travel from Grantown and head south-westwards to Aviemore, and beyond, the mountains morph through a myriad of shapes but the great massive plateau remains imposing. I am always in search of new`shapes`and perspectives under varying conditions. This 4 image stitch, just west of Dorback, by Nethy Bridge. 11am 18th December, 1/640 second @ F8. 400mm.
